Six Days in Fallujah completed, Awaiting Deployment
Remeber that Iraq based shooter from awhile back? Well supposedly it's finished, and developer Atomic Games is ready to release it. Dropped by former Publisher Konami last April, the fate of Six Days in Fallujah and its developer appeared grim as it failed to find a new home, and reports of layoffs at the studio surfaced. However, recent news indicates that we might not have seen the last of this game.
"I can promise you that game is still coming out and it is finished,"
Now this isn't anything concrete, but it is a good sign. Hopefully Atomic's hard work…

New COD Title Coming
It's been announced that the newly formed Sledgehammer Games will be making a new Call of Duty game, that will "extend the franchise into the action-adventure genre."
According to Activision, we will see another COD game in 2011, but we're not sure if that is the same game that Sledgehammer is developing, or another title, possibly being developed by Infinity Ward. Either way, your COD addiction will be fed when Treyarch releases its next game this fall.

Trouble at Activision?
We're not exactly sure what's happining over at Infinity Ward...we just know that it's happening. According to G4, security guards stormed the offices of Infinity Ward, presumably after a hail of grenade spam. Studio Heads Vince Zampella and Jason West supposedly met with Activision earlier, but haven't been seen since.

MAG patch v1.02 incoming today
MAG is getting patched today with a strong focus on the medics and the onscreen icons of other players. The patch will make it so that only medics can see the health status of other players on the field, and only Medics with recusitation ability will display the medic icon.
"To be specific, we’ve eliminated the onscreen medic icon from anyone who has a Medical Kit and have instead changed it so that only those who have the Resuscitation Kit sport the cross. Moreover, we’ve also hidden “incapacitated” icons for downed players from everyone but those who can help them…

"All human beings are commingled out of good and evil."-Robert Louis Stevenson
I've always had an affinity for Super Heroes®. And, with the rare exception (Batman: Arkham Asylum being the most recent exception), Super Hero® games have been pretty terrible. So when Sucker Punch and Sony announced a new Super Hero® game, I was pretty excited.
